From Prussia With Love Release Day and Give-Away!
Woohoo! Today From Prussia With Love, book 1 in the Victoria’s Secret Agents series, release from Loose Id. A super-sexy steampunk novel with a touch of BDSM and loads of swashbuckling fun. It is set in the same world as Dirigibles Are Forever and Holly and Jack make an appearance.
Clara Redbeck has one goal: to prove to the sods at work—and to herself—that the best man for the job can be a woman. To do that, she must prevent a traitor from blowing London to bits. If only the dashing first mate of the dirigible she’d been tasked to plunder didn’t set her aflame.
Garrett Dewhurst has one goal: to execute the coup of a lifetime. His plans do not include a spanking dalliance with the most intriguing woman he has ever met.
With each encounter, the fire between them burns hotter and their need grows stronger. Finally, the cramped cabin aboard the Bismarck becomes their intimate playground, where Garrett introduces Clara to the pleasure of submission and they explore their passion in every way possible.
Clara and Garrett want a future together, but each holds a secret that if revealed could cost them everything. When danger closes in, they have to choose between protecting themselves or the whole of London.
To celebrate the release I’m giving away a steampunk necklace and a pair of earrings from Overman.
For a chance to win follow me on Twitter (@TinaChristopher) and tweet about the release and the contest using #FromPrussiaWithLove. Or comment on this post and tell me your favourite James Bond movie and why you love it. Each will give you one entry into the contest, which is open worldwide. The contest runs until 12pm EST Sunday August 30th, 2015.
I have to say my favourite is probably Goldeneye with Pierce Brosnan and Sean Bean. I love the action and the characters and it’s one of the few Bond movies where the plot holes are on the smaller side;). When I worked at Harrods in London I met Pierce Brosnan and he was just wonderful. A complete gentleman and very sweet when a little boy (probably around 6 years) asked him if he was James Bond.

Best of luck Tina.
p.s. I’d have to say From Russia, With Love….because for me, Sean Connery is James Bond
Thank you, Charlotte! And Sean is definitely swoon-worthy;).
Casino Royale- first Daniel Craig as Bond movie
Good one!
Dr. No. Classic villian
Ohh, absolutely;).
I know it’s cheesy, but I really love Moonraker. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a James Bond movie. I might have to have a little marathon, if I can stay awake. I work night shift, and I tend to be very sleep deprived.
I discovered your blog through the Weekend Writing Warriors link. 🙂
In the event that I win anything, or you want to see what sort of things I have cooking, my WordPress blog is actually defunct and I’ve been too lazy to make a redirect page. I and my fellow inmates can be found at peppersfetch dot blogspot dot com
I like Moonraker, not cheesy at all;). Thanks for stopping by.
Hi Tina, thank you to introducing me to steam punk novels, when I met you at RTCO last year is when my interest peaked.
I would have to say Dr No, it had flaws I know but it was based in Jamaica ( my moms place of birth) and Sean Connery and was the in my mind the film that started the series
Hi Sharon, so lovely to meet you, too! Dr. No is getting quite a bit of love and Sean Connery is definitely one of the best James Bonds;).
To Live and Let Die. I love the voodoo stuff. It’s also the first Bond movie I ever watched. I was entranced. Sparked a life long fascination with spy novels.
Ohh, I’ll have to check that one out again. It’s been a very long time since I’ve watched it.
I liked Skyfall, I liked he way Bond “matured” (at least to me, hubby said I was making things up, lol)
I definitely think Craig is a memorable James Bond;).
Skyfall
The Living Daylights with Timothy Dalton as Bond. It was the most romantic Bond movie, I thought.
Very true;).
