Second Draft is finished!
I finished the second draft for my sexy steampunk novella, tentatively entitled Ruin Me, last night. It still needs a carton of polish and probably a hacksaw or tow, but at least now I have a Big Black Moment and a romantic ending. And another sex scene, but then you can never have enough of those;).
I am pretty happy with what I have so far and know the areas that will require some extra work. I’ll let it sit for a few days while critiquing a new story for my friend Victoria Davies. I am also judging a number of entries for my Toronto Romance Writers contest. Hopefully I can get back to Ruin Me soon and send it to my beta reader in a few days.
Hope you’re all making progress with your projects or enjoying the sunshine. Have a great long weekend if you’re in Canada:).

Congrats Tina! Sounds like you’re making tons of progress and you have a busy time ahead of you. 🙂 Have fun!
Lol, I am, at least most of the time when I am not hating every single word I’ve written;). How is it going for you?
I’m sure all of your words are fabulous. 😉
Not bad, just chugging along here, studying like mad for boards. I’m already looking forward until the end…having tension headaches everyday is definitely not a good thing, lol.
You’ll knock it out of the water like you did last time! Good luck!
I hope so! Thanks so much! We’ll see how it goes. 😉
